Kent Golf Celebration Team Event at Royal Blackheath on Wednesday 28th May.
Saturday 28th June was our annual Pro-am, and the very hot conditions and tricky pins made for a tough day.
The full leaderboard can be seen on the PGA website, via the link below, but the Pro event was won by Max Jordan, from The Wisley, with an excellent 4 under par 65. We wish Max every success in Final Qualifying for The Open, having also won The Regional qualifier at Rochester & Cobham. In second place was Matt Ford with 66, and ties for 3rd were Richard Wallis and Adam Clough on 67.
The Team event was not so close, with the team of Charlie Edmundson, Lewis Beeden and George Hunter scoring an incredible 95pts, 6 clear of the second placed team of Liam O'Connor, Steve Bibby and Jack March. In third place,on 87 points, were the team of John and Reece Courtney and Mike McNaughton, who played with Max Jordan.
A great day was had by all and our thanks go to all our staff, Adrian, Lewis and Peter from The PGA, who ran the event.
