LADIES & GENTLEMEN
The 2010 annual subscription (Jan-Dec) for Full membership is
£1000 plus an entrance fee for new members:
Over 31 years - £1250 payable in 5 annual instalments of £250
25-30 years - £625 payable in 5 annual instalments of £125
JUNIOR
12-17 yrs at rates between £155 - £250 p.a. depending on age
SCALE
18-24 yrs at rates between £360 - £920 p.a. depending on age
Half fees for those in full-time education.
ENTRANCE FEE - £250 - 5 annual instalments of £50 payable from the age of 25
Annual subscriptions for a full year can be paid in ten monthly instalments (Jan-Oct), including a small interest charge, through the Fairway Credit scheme - details available from the Secretary's Office.
Traditionally, new members are proposed and seconded by existing full (seven day) members but the committee favourably considers golfers with a recommendation from their previous club, together with a character reference.
Full members have a varied competition calendar throughout the year with the major competitions normally played on Sundays.
There is a midweek stableford, held twice a month on Wednesdays, and Saturday stableford, also held twice a month, during the summer months, together with a stableford competition held twice a month on a Saturday or Sunday during the winter months.
The club has an active junior section with several category one players. The usual joining age is 12 years, although there are occasional vacancies for other ages.
The club also has a limited number of social membership vacancies, available for friends and sponsored by two existing members.
